step to enable dreamscene on your desktop

1-first download dreamscene from here DOWNLOAD
2-then run the software(right click then run as administrator)
3-enable the dreamscene..
3-then using any video(important...only wmv format only)
4-right click on the video and set as a desktop background...
5-enjoy your moving desktop...
